Terms and Conditions
Orders of in-stock items will ship within 2 business days
Items that are out of stock due to manufacturer processing delays will be
put on back order status. An email will be sent to the customer stating
that the item(s) are on back order. At this time, the customer has the
option of canceling the item(s) or proceeding with the order. Generally,
back orders will be filled in one to two weeks. Pointe Boutique will
advise the customer if the backorder will take longer than two weeks to complete.
As a service to our customers, Pointe Boutique will pay the charges for shipment
of the backordered item(s). This applies only to the first shipment of
backordered item(s). Additional shipments on the same order will be at
the customer's expense.
Pointe Boutique is proud to be the first dance supply house to “Reward” our
customers. Our Thanks To Patrons
program tracks every dollar spent on products at Pointe Boutique. Our
valued customers then receive 2% of their total dollars spent in a reward coupon. Coupons
are issued every July and January and can be used for future purchases at Pointe
Boutique in-store or on-line.
Stocked items may be exchanged or returned within two weeks of the original
shipment date. Items must be returned in the original packaging. Items
that have been worn, or are not in the original packaging cannot be accepted. We
are pleased to provide free shipping on the first re-shipment of an exchanged
item.
Pointe Boutique cannot provide refunds on non-stocked items. Exchanges
are gladly given if the item has not been worn and is returned with all the
original packaging within two weeks of the original shipment date. All
shipping charges on non-stocked items are the responsibility of the customer.
